Coordinate the lift with your delivery
For a delivery in Edegem, first find out the time slot offered by the shop or carrier. Tell us whether delivery is to the doorstep and who will take the furniture from the vehicle to the lift. Send photos of the façade and the chosen window or balcony opening. Book the lift only for a time we have confirmed together.
Safe setup is essential. Tell us about obstacles between the vehicle and the façade and keep access clear. Reaching the 12th floor and loads up to 400 kg may be possible when reach, setup and load allow safe operation; this is not guaranteed at every address.
Prepare your appointment in Edegem
1. Send the details
Send the address, date, floor, items and a clear photo of the façade and setup area. Mention whether you also need transport or extra help.
2. Wait for confirmation
We discuss access, availability and costs. An enquiry becomes a booking only after we have confirmed the schedule together.
3. Prepare the work area
Pack loose items, clear the opening and agree who will load and carry. Discuss any parking or permit questions in advance.
Frequently asked questions about ladder lifts in Edegem
Can the ladder lift be coordinated with a furniture delivery in Edegem?
Yes, subject to availability. Send the agreed delivery time slot and details of the item. Also arrange loading and carrying: operating the ladder lift and the supplier’s work are separate arrangements.
Is the operator included?
Yes. The operator sets up and operates the ladder lift. We agree in advance who will load and carry indoors and beside the lift. Additional moving help costs €40 per helper per hour.
How do I know whether the lift can reach my floor?
Send the address, floor number and photos of the façade and setup area. The distance to the façade, the accessible opening and the conditions determine what is possible. The operator checks the situation on site.
How much does extra time cost?
The “Extra ½ hour” column shows the rate per additional half-hour for your floor. Also tell us if you need a lift at a second address, because rates apply per address.
