Moving to an apartment in Luchtbal

At an apartment in Luchtbal, the floor is not the only factor. The distance between the setup area and facade, balcony shape and clear access also determine whether a furniture lift can be used. A higher floor is never automatically reachable: we assess each building individually.

Photograph the whole building and the space in front, including any trees, parked cars or path between the street and facade. Also provide the clear window or balcony opening and the dimensions of your largest piece of furniture. Discuss access and any arrangements for communal areas with the building manager.

New furniture up, old furniture down

You can also request the lift in Luchtbal for a single delivery or to remove a large item from your apartment. Protect loose parts beforehand and clear the route between the room and opening. Agree with us who will move items indoors and help at ground level: the operator runs the lift, while extra moving help is requested separately.

Also need transport between Luchtbal and another address? Request the van with a driver separately. Send the collection and delivery addresses, furniture details and any floors involved. Use the link below for current transport rates and conditions; the ladder lift and extra moving help are charged separately.

How much does a ladder lift in Luchtbal cost?

From €70 per hour per address for the 1st to 5th floors, including the operator and 21% VAT. Higher floors have separate rates. The table also shows the charge for an additional half hour.

Can I book a lift for just one sofa or fridge?

Yes. Describe the item, dimensions, weight and floor. The hourly rate per address also applies to a single item; the price does not depend on the furniture’s purchase value.

That depends on the available setup space, distance to the facade and passage that must remain clear. Send a photo of the complete situation in Luchtbal beforehand. We assess the setup and discuss the preparation needed.

Can you collect a purchase from a second-hand shop?

Transport with our van and driver is possible subject to availability. Send the collection and delivery addresses, any floors involved and the dimensions. The ladder lift and extra moving help have separate rates.

Does the operator also act as an extra mover?

The operator is included to set up and operate the lift. Arrange separately who will load and unload indoors and at the platform. Extra moving help is available at €40 per helper per hour, including 21% VAT.

How do I check availability?

Call or send a WhatsApp with the date, address, floor and a facade photo. Specify whether you need only the lift or also transport and help. We confirm the schedule and arrangements personally.
